We Help Our Communities Become More Effective

The African Open Data and Internet Research Foundation (AODIRF) is a nongovernmental organization that supports creative concepts, projects, and initiatives in digital technologies across Africa by promoting open data, research Innovation and development, internet policies, community network, and capacity building. In addition, AODIRF organizes high-level Ministerial conferences and the renowned Africa Geospatial Data and Internet Conference (AGDIC). Many of our voluntary services are offered to the committee who may require them. Our goal at AODIRF is to create a trustworthy, digital and open data ecosystem by collaborating with communities and stakeholders across Africa We envision a society in which data and digital technology are accessible to all. Particularly in response to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this entails getting information to those who need it.
